Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone with:

• A strong understanding of the Building Safety Act, Building Regulations and wider construction legislation.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent report writing and technical communication skills.
• Experience leading client meetings and presenting technical information confidently.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining high standards.
• Experience mentoring or supporting less experienced colleagues.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of consultancy delivery.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in Building Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Fire Engineering or a related discipline.
• Membership of (or working towards membership of) a relevant professional institution such as CABE, CIOB, RICS, IFE or ICE.
