About the Role
Reporting to the Group Health & Safety Manager, you'll play an important role in coordinating our landlord compliance programmes across a range of statutory disciplines.
- Working closely with contractors, customers, and colleagues
- Helping ensure inspections, servicing, and remedial works are completed on time
- Ensuring compliance records remain accurate
- Ensuring our contractors deliver an excellent service
