As we continue to strengthen our Building Safety service, we're looking for an organised and proactive Building Safety Coordinator to join our growing team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Group Health & Safety Manager, you'll play an important role in coordinating our landlord compliance programmes across a range of statutory disciplines.

  • Working closely with contractors, customers, and colleagues
  • Helping ensure inspections, servicing, and remedial works are completed on time
  • Ensuring compliance records remain accurate
  • Ensuring our contractors deliver an excellent service
