Job Opportunity
We are currently working on behalf of a highly respected organisation managing a substantial national property portfolio, currently strengthening its building safety capability due to continued portfolio growth.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join an established technical team that operates at pace, offers strong career progression potential and provides exposure to complex, high-profile residential portfolios.
Working alongside an experienced Head of Building Safety and a close-knit technical division, you will play a key technical oversight role, supporting building investigations, advising on remediation schemes, reviewing evidence for safety funding routes, working alongside legal teams on compliance matters and maintaining the accuracy of the Golden Thread across multiple developments.

Key Responsibilities

- Support technical investigations and provide specialist advice regarding building remediation schemes.
- Ensure the integrity and ongoing management of the Golden Thread of building information across high-profile residential assets.
- Review technical evidence, survey reports and applications for building safety funding routes.
- Work closely with in-house legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to evolving UK building safety legislation.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal fire safety specialists, asset managers, portfolio teams and external technical consultants.
