About the Role

You'll step back from hands-on design to take more control of the process as a whole. That means less time stuck on revisions and more time spent managing the bigger picture - steering projects, shaping delivery and making sure everything runs smoothly.

With hybrid working, you'll get the freedom to plan your week around life as well as work. Three days in the office, two at home gives you focus time when you need it and space time when you need that too.

You'll also get rewarded beyond your salary. There's an annual bonus, a pension scheme and private healthcare, plus life cover and sickness support for peace of mind. On top of that, there's a real team culture, with social events, paid days out and proper support from colleagues who stick around - turnover's low and people look out for each other.

It's a chance to make a step up without moving away from what you know. You'll stay close to the technical side while building your experience in leadership, coordination and project delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
