We're looking for an experienced Van Mobile Engineer to join our growing team covering Birmingham and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer who enjoys a varied role across multiple sites and wants to be part of a supportive, professional business.

The Role
You'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, and reactive repairs across a range of commercial properties. You'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and our internal support teams to ensure contracts are delivered safely, professionally, and to a high standard.
What You'll Need
✅ Strong knowledge of M&E building services
✅ Experience with HVAC systems, boilers, controls, heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
✅ Understanding of Legionella and Health & Safety requirements
✅ Mechanical engineering qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent)
✅ Apprenticeship or time-served maintenance engineering background
✅ Full UK driving licence
✅ Good communication, organization, and time management skills
