Intermediate Building Services Manager – London
Monroe are currently working with a highly regarded main contractor that is looking to appoint an Intermediate Building Services Manager to join their London team.
The business delivers technically complex construction and refurbishment projects, with a strong focus on high-end commercial fit out, refurbishment and cut & carve schemes across London. Projects can range in value up to £100m, providing the opportunity to work on challenging projects alongside an experienced delivery team.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating MEP/building services across live projects.
- Working closely with M&E subcontractors and specialist suppliers.
- Coordinating MEP works with the wider construction programme.
- Reviewing and coordinating MEP design information.
- Supporting design development and resolving technical issues.
- Monitoring progress, quality and installation.
- Supporting procurement, testing, commissioning and handover.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

About You
The ideal candidate will have experience within a main contractor or specialist M&E contractor, with a strong understanding of building services delivery.
Relevant backgrounds could include Building Services Manager, Senior Building Services Engineer, Building Services Engineer, M&E Engineer, MEP Engineer or M&E Project Engineer.
