Building Services Lead
We are looking for an experienced Building Services Lead to join a growing multidisciplinary engineering team in Bristol. This is a senior leadership role focused on developing the Building Services function, winning new work and delivering high-quality projects across the South West and Wales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Bristol Building Services team.
- Drive business development, client relationships and new opportunities.
- Lead mechanical, electrical and public health engineering input across projects.
- Oversee technical quality, programme, resources, budgets and project delivery.
- Support bids, tenders, fee proposals and work-winning activities.
- Mentor and develop engineers and support team growth.
- Promote sustainable, low-carbon and energy-efficient design.
- Coordinate Building Services with wider multidisciplinary design teams.
- Ensure designs meet relevant UK standards, regulations and client requirements.

About You

- Degree qualified, or equivalent, in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Chartered Engineer status.
- Strong experience leading Building Services projects and teams.
- Technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical and/or public health engineering.
- Proven experience in client management, business development and winning work.
- Experience managing design delivery, quality, resources, risk and commercial performance.
- Good understanding of BIM and digital design tools such as Revit and Navisworks.
- Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel across the region as required.
