Building Services Project Manager
World Championship success is built on more than great cars and great people. The Red Bull Technology Campus provides the foundations that enable our teams to perform at the highest level, and continued investment in our facilities is critical to future success. As part of the Facilities Department, the Projects Team delivers the buildings, infrastructure and technical facilities that support the business. The Building Services Project Manager is a key member of the team, helping to deliver projects while providing technical leadership throughout design, integration, commissioning and handover.
The Building Services Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of construction and building services projects across the Red Bull Campus, ensuring mechanical, electrical and associated building systems are designed, installed, commissioned and handed over in line with business requirements.
The role combines project management responsibilities with specialist Building Services expertise. In addition to managing a portfolio of projects, the Building Services Project Manager acts as the Projects Team's primary point of contact for Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) matters, providing technical leadership, design assurance and guidance across projects delivered by other Project Managers.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants and contractors, the role supports projects from concept through to handover, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, company standards and operational needs. The position is a key contributor to design reviews, system integration, budget and programme reviews, commissioning strategies and building handover activities.
The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player who is capable of independently delivering projects while also supporting the wider project portfolio through specialist building services knowledge and experience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
