Role Overview
Lead the operational delivery of maintenance activities, supervising technicians and contractors while ensuring compliance and service standards within the Kingsway DC building services function.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day delivery of planned and reactive maintenance.
- Allocate work to technicians and contractors.
- Monitor contractor and staff performance and quality.
- Carry out regular building and kit inspections.
- Ensure statutory inspections are completed.
- Support permit-to-work processes.
- Escalate building service issues appropriately.
- Maintain asset records and CAFM information.
- Support projects and minor works.
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained.
- Provide technical guidance to technicians.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to coordinate building services activities and minimise operational disruption.
- Participate in on-call rota, responding to out of hours incidents.
Key Skills
- Experience supervising maintenance operations.
- Strong understanding of building services.
- Good fault-finding ability.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance.
- Good communication skills.
- Organised and able to prioritise workload.
- Any experience in building maintenance preferable: Plumbing, Painting & Decorating, Joinery.
- Experience in the use and storage of hand tools preferable.
- Any specific accreditations?
- Full driving licence preferred but not essential.
