We are looking for an experienced Associate Director of Building Surveying to join a growing multidisciplinary team in Bristol.
This is a senior role combining technical Building Surveying, client management, team leadership and business development, with varied work across public and private sector clients.
The Role
- Lead and deliver Building Surveying and consultancy services
- Manage key client relationships and develop new business
- Support bids, tenders, scopes and fee proposals
- Manage projects from inception through to completion
- Lead, mentor, and develop Building Surveying teams
- Support regional growth and strategic business plans
- Work collaboratively with wider multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain high standards of quality, service, and commercial performance

About You
- MRICS or FRICS with a relevant construction qualification
- Strong Building Surveying and consultancy experience
- Proven experience winning new work and developing client relationships
- Experience managing projects and survey programmes
- Previous team management and mentoring experience
- Strong commercial awareness
- Confident dealing with clients and senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence / ability to travel as required
