Ipswich Borough Council is seeking an experienced Building Surveying Manager to lead a team of chartered surveyors and technical professionals, delivering responsive repairs, planned maintenance programmes, and high-value capital investment projects across the council's housing portfolio.
You'll play a key role in shaping housing strategy, managing significant budgets, driving service improvement, leading procurement and contract management activities, and ensuring compliance with all relevant building, health & safety, and statutory regulations.

- Chartered/professional building qualification
