Experienced Building Surveyor Wanted
Are you an experienced Building Surveyor looking for a role where your technical expertise, professional judgement and client skills are genuinely valued?
We’re looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Building Surveyor to join our team and play a key role in delivering the professional, expert and approachable service that we have built our reputation on.
You’ll be working across a varied portfolio of instructions, including:
- Building Surveys
- Schedules of Dilapidations
- Defect Diagnosis
- Specifications & Schedules of Works
- Tender Analysis
- Party Wall Act administration
- Working with Block Managers and Managing Agents
- Contract Administration

You’ll be responsible for providing sound professional advice, managing client expectations and ensuring every instruction is delivered to a high professional standard.
Requirements
The successful individual will possess the following:
- Experienced within a Building Surveying environment
- Ideally MRICS or AssocRICS qualified
- A confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
- Empathetic, patient and able to put clients at ease
- Highly organised with strong time-management skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing a demanding workload
- Commercially aware and focused on delivering excellent service
- A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively
- IT proficient and comfortable working with CRM systems
