A growing and well-established multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Building Surveyor to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor looking to develop their career within a supportive environment, working on a varied portfolio of projects across the commercial sectors. You will join a collaborative team of property professionals delivering a broad range of professional surveying and project-related services. The organisation has built a strong reputation for providing high-quality consultancy services and managing projects that positively impact clients' estates and property portfolios.

Your new role

As the Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of professional and project surveying instructions. As part of the role, you will prepare condition surveys, specification of works, contract administration, project management, defect diagnosis, and building surveys. You will be involved in client liaison and stakeholder management and will work as part of a broader team on project-based commissions. As part of the role, APC support is offered where required.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful for this role, you should hold a degree in Building Surveying or related discipline and be looking to commence or be already working towards MRICS. Previous experience within building surveying is required and you should have experience of producing technical reports and specifications. Strong communication and client-facing skills are preferred. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
