Building Surveyor
Working on large construction and planned works projects for a large regional housing provider.
Support a large construction planned investment and refurbishment programme for our major works projects that contribute to our great homes and neighbourhood standard.
- You’ll be working closely with Project Managers to ensure that our contractors are delivering our major works projects in line with our high standards, ensuring value for money and customer focus.

Requirements
- A construction or building related qualification at HNC level or qualified by substantial recent relevant experience.
- Experience of managing construction projects.
- Experience of working with and managing contractors.
- Experience working with customers.
- Excellent IT Skills, in particular the ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
