Job Title: Building Surveyor (Temp)
Location: Glasgow
About The Role / Job Summary
A reputable firm is seeking a Building Surveyor to conduct stock condition surveys in social housing. This role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with a dedicated team while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The role will last for around 6 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stock condition surveys in social housing.
- Work on-site for one week, followed by one week in the office.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze survey results.
- Prepare detailed reports based on survey findings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in social housing projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with surveying software and tools.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications in surveying or property management are advantageous.
