Building Surveyor
A growing and supportive multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Building Surveyor to be part of its supportive and close-knit London based team.
This role offers the opportunity to support and when ready lead on building surveying across residential portfolios, providing technical advice, contract administration, party walls and supporting compliance with current building regulations.
The position also involves supporting a range of medium to higher-risk building projects, advising on regulatory approvals and collaborating with colleagues across design and fire safety disciplines.

- Support and lead on building surveying across residential portfolios

Requirements
- Background in building safety, building surveying, architecture, or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of building safety regulations
- Confidence to manage projects and develop client relationships
