🏢 Building Surveyors – Assistant to Associate | Leeds
I’m currently recruiting for a number of established property and building consultancy practices across Leeds, with opportunities ranging from Assistant Building Surveyor through to Associate level.
These are varied opportunities across multiple consultancies, predominantly working within the private sector, with some roles also offering exposure to public sector clients.
🔎 Roles available:
- Assistant Building Surveyor
- Building Surveyor
- Senior Building Surveyor
- Associate Building Surveyor
🎓 Assistant Building Surveyor
For Assistant-level positions, you do not need to be MRICS qualified. These roles are suited to candidates who are working towards their APC or looking to begin their journey towards chartership.

🏗️ Building Surveyor – Associate
For Building Surveyor, Senior and Associate-level positions, MRICS status is required. Depending on level, experience may include:
- Building surveys and technical due diligence
- Schedules of condition
- Dilapidations
- Contract administration
- Project management
- Defect diagnosis and technical advice
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Refurbishment and redevelopment projects
- Pre-acquisition and pre-disposal surveys
- Working with commercial property portfolios
