£85,000-£95,000 + Training + Progression + Salary Progression + Support through Chartership + Car Allowance + Fuel Card + Local Patch
Are you a Building Surveyor from the construction industry looking to join a rapidly growing Property Servicing group offering clear progression and training while being their stand alone Building Surveyor in their new office?
This established and growing building surveying and construction company with expertise in building consultancy and fire risk management supplying to a vast range of commercial and residential clients. This is an opportunity to join the team at their new branch being one of the initial Building Surveyors.
In this role, your work will be split between site based and office based, commuting to construction projects within Oxfordshire. You will go out to survey projects, inspect building work and the overall safety and functionality of buildings before returning to the office to prepare reports, maintain documentation, create risk assessments and communicate with clients.

This role would suit a Building Surveyor from any construction background looking to join a well-established and growing Property Servicing company offering salary progression and support through Chartership.
The Role:
- Split between the office in Bicester and Oxfordshire sites
- Residential and Commercial onsite Building Surveying
- Preparing documents and liaising with clients at the office
- Mon-Fri (8:30am-4:30pm)
- £5400 car allowance and fuel card on top
The Person:
- Building Surveyor or Chartered Building Surveyor
- Willing to commute to office in Bicester and sites within Oxford
