Building Surveyor
Building Surveyor required for a client-side organisation working within the estates team.
- Manage day-to-day workload delivering projects effectively.
- Ensure all projects are completed with snags and defects all addressed and delivered on time within budgets.
- To manage fire compartmentation projects from inception to completion using competent and accredited contractor services.
- To provide advice to in-house maintenance teams and design team where required.
- To conduct building condition surveys across the estate.
- To manage contractors ensuring quality, performance, and health & safety.
- Management of projects from £100k up to £500k.
- Produce technical drawings and have experience of AutoCAD.

- A HNC in Building.
- Experience of using various IT systems including Microsoft and AutoCAD.
- Worked within a client-side surveying or property role.

Salary: £36000 - £44000 per
