Job Title: Building Surveyor
Salary: £43,448 per year

Reporting To: Property Surveying Manager
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time position with a competitive pay and benefits package.
The Building Surveyor is responsible for:
- Assessing the condition and performance of buildings
- Identifying defects and risks
- Diagnosing root causes
- Developing appropriate, proportionate, and cost-effective solutions
The role will contribute to:
- The delivery of retrofit, energy efficiency, and fabric improvement programmes
- Ensuring technical solutions consider whole-building performance, sustainability, and the longer-term requirements of the property portfolio
Working with internal teams, and external stakeholders, the role provides technical advice to support the safe, compliant, sustainable, and effective management, maintenance, and improvement of homes and buildings.

- Educated to a degree standard or have equivalent experience
- A Qualified DEA/Retrofit Assessor or have the commitment to work towards
