Job title: Building Surveyor
Location: Newcastle

Tasks And Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Proactively assist the Building & Project Consultancy team in the day-to-day delivery of projects
- Undertaking building surveys and site inspections
- Production of Schedules of Condition, Technical Due Diligence Reports, defect surveys, dilapidation and PPM schedules
- Preparation of Schedules of Work and Specifications for all types of maintenance, construction and development projects
- Delivery of contract administration and project management services
- Fund Monitoring
- Working with external clients and consultant teams

Key Skills Required
