A long-standing and growing real-estate investment business is looking for a Building Surveyor or Project Manager to oversee a variety of new build and refurbishment works across its portfolio.

Location

Based in the West Midlands

Responsibilities

  • Tasked with looking after a variety of projects across both residential and industrial sectors
  • Use external consultants and contractors as necessary to ensure refurbishment and new-build works are completed on specification, on time and on budget

Requirements

  • Ideally coming from a Building Surveying background (but not necessarily)
  • Commercial experience at consultancy or client-side already
  • Happy to work autonomously
  • Regular travel and overnight stays as needed, including overseas
