Your new company
You will be joining an established, customer-focused housing association responsible for maintaining and investing in its property portfolio. You will work as part of a dedicated asset management service, becoming part of an asset investment team delivering planned improvement projects and special projects to enhance the quality, safety, and performance of customer's homes.
Your new role
As a project driven building surveyor, you will take responsibility for a varied portfolio of planned investment and special projects, managing schemes from tender and procurement phases, through to completion and final handover. You will help to prepare specifications, manage projects, monitor contractors and work with consultants, undertaking site inspections and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

You will manage planned investment projects from inception to completion.
You will control and monitor project budgets.
You will undertake site inspections.
You will support resident consultation.
What you'll need to succeed
This role will be suitable if you have come from a background as a building surveyor, contract manager, quantity surveyor or project manager - delivering property or building related projects. You should be able to deliver previous involvement in delivering projects in existing property, demonstrate excellent project management skills, ability to manage project costs, and demonstrate excellent knowledge of building regulations and health & safety.
