An Opportunity for an Ambitious APC Building Surveyor
An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious APC Building Surveyor to join a leading property consultancy in London. With a number of offices across the UK, they offer a comprehensive range of commercial and residential property services for occupiers, landlords, developers, and property investors. They are seeking an organized and entrepreneurial individual to join a strong team and carry out a mix of professional and project work.

Role & Responsibilities of the APC Building Surveyor:
- Building surveys, condition surveys, and measured surveys
- Schedules of condition and schedules of dilapidation
- Building pathology and defects analysis
- Insurance reinstatement valuations
- Contract administration and project management
- Procurement and tendering
- Site supervision and monitoring
- Party wall
Skills & Experience of the APC Building Surveyor:

- Degree in Building Surveying
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Passion to progress through APC
- Creative problem-solving skills
