- Define segment value propositions for Digital Energy offers
- Capture and synthesize Buildings segment insights from segments leaders, segments marketing, Solution Architects and selected customer / field inputs, translating them into actionable inputs for DE Solutions offer managers.
- Strengthen offer-level market and customer understanding within DE Solutions, complementing segment-level views with more granular insights on customer needs, use cases, competitive dynamics and offer gaps.

- Prioritize and integrate Buildings segment requirements into DE Solutions offer backlogs
- Work with Buildings Solution Architects and segments leaders to structure segment and architecture-driven needs into actionable requirements for DE Solutions offers.
- Prioritize these requirements by balancing short / mid-term commercial objectives with longer-term offer vision, innovation needs and future buildings systems directions, using facts, evidence, business value and practical feasibility.
- Translate agreed priorities into coherent inputs for relevant DE Solutions offer backlogs and roadmaps; challenge assumptions, arbitrate cross-offer trade-offs, clarify what is explored / prioritized / parked, and ensure clear feedback to Buildings Segment stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
