Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll help build Tradedoubler’s pipeline by identifying targeted companies, finding the right contacts, and starting relevant conversations.
The role covers both UK-based brands and international brands operating across multiple markets. Your portfolio focus will be agreed with you and the Heads of Sales. You’ll work closely with Heads of Sales and sales managers, creating high-quality introductions and meetings that can develop into genuine opportunities.
We’re looking for someone ready to dig in for at least a year: contributing to our growth strategy while learning the business, the industry, and how we sell. As you develop, you’ll build experience across prospecting, qualification, and client-facing work, with opportunities to contribute to presentations and RFP responses. The skills and experience you gain may open up future opportunities across Tradedoubler and the wider NYORDA Group.
Main Responsibilities
- Research and identify targeted companies, their markets, and relevant decision-makers.
- Build and maintain an accurate, useful CRM of companies and contacts in HubSpot.
- Plan and run targeted campaigns to engage prospective clients.
- Generate high-quality leads, introductions, and meetings for Heads of Sales and sales managers.
- Qualify initial interest and help move promising conversations towards sales opportunities.
- Keep clear records of outreach, responses, next steps, and useful account information in HubSpot.
- Build your knowledge of performance marketing, affiliate and partner marketing, and Tradedoubler’s offering.
- Learn a structured approach to sales discovery and qualification, including methods such as MEDDPICC where appropriate.
- Work with Heads of Sales and colleagues to develop a portfolio of prospective and active client relationships.
- As your knowledge grows, contribute to presentations, proposals, and responses to RFPs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
