Building Services Engineer - 6 Month Contract

Bristol
£41 - £48.20 Per Hour + 6 Month Contract + Commercial Environment + Immediate Start!

Are you a Building Services Engineer looking for a 6-month contract where you can work on a large estate and play a key role in maintaining high standards across a major organisation? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

On offer is the chance to work within a large Estates team, providing technical support, managing contractors and ensuring building maintenance and compliance is delivered to a high standard.

You will play an important role in ensuring contractors remain compliant, maintenance is delivered effectively and building assets are properly inspected and managed. The role offers excellent variety, covering mechanical building services, compliance, contractor management, asset inspections and minor works projects.

As A Building Services Engineer You Will:

  • 6 month temporary contract
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the in-house team and contractors.
  • Manage and monitor maintenance and operational delivery.
  • Carry out asset inspections, condition surveys etc.
  • Oversee and carry out mechanical building service work.

As A Building Services Engineer You Must:

  • Have experience within Building Services, Estates Maintenance or a similar environment.
  • Have strong mechanical building services experience, covering HVAC and domestic water systems.
  • Have experience working within environments such as hospitals, schools, universities, care homes or similar large estates.
  • Live commutable to Bristol.
