Job Purpose
We are hiring a Senior Communications Manager to shape and lead Burberry's earned media strategy across EMEIA. Based in London, you will guide our regional communications team and agency partners, bringing global brand moments to life with cultural relevance and creative precision. You will strengthen Burberry's visibility and influence across key markets while building meaningful relationships with media, partners and internal teams. This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking, creative judgement and operational leadership within an iconic British luxury brand.
Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver the EMEIA communications strategy across campaigns, product launches, events, talent moments and special projects.
- Lead and develop the London-based regional communications team, creating clear priorities and an inclusive, collaborative working environment.
- Guide agency partners across Paris, Milan and Dubai, ensuring consistent messaging, effective planning and strong delivery across markets.
- Lead regional editorial collaborations, media partnerships and events from strategy and negotiation through to execution and evaluation.
- Build trusted relationships with editors, stylists and media partners while adapting global communications materials for regional audiences.
- Oversee press office operations and assess communications performance, turning media insights into clear actions that support brand and commercial priorities.

Personal Profile
- Substantial experience delivering fashion or luxury communications, including responsibility for regional strategy, teams or markets.
- Strong knowledge of the EMEIA media landscape and established relationships with relevant press and stylist communities.
- Experience guiding internal teams and international agency partners with clarity, care and accountability.
- A record of developing strategic communications campaigns and evaluating their impact through meaningful measures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sound creative judgement and an understanding of luxury brand-building.
- Professional fluency in English, with French, Italian or Arabic language capability welcomed but not essential.
