Burger King Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Burger king site manager to lead our Burger King operation within Asda.

As a site manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day of the Burger King, ensuring we deliver excellent customer service, high operational standards and strong commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead coach and develop the Burger King team deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Take ownership of sales, costs, wages and overall commercial performance.
  • Ensure all food safety, health & safety and operational standards are consistently achieved.
  • Drive service, availability, product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and optimise rota and colleague level and meet customer demand.
  • Recruit, train and develop colleagues, creating a positive and high-performing team culture.
  • Monitor KPI's and take action to improve performance.
  • Work closely with the wider Asda store leadership team to deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Ensure the Burger King is clean, safe, well-presented and fully compliant at all times.
