Burger King Site Manager
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Burger king site manager to lead our Burger King operation within Asda.
As a site manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day of the Burger King, ensuring we deliver excellent customer service, high operational standards and strong commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead coach and develop the Burger King team deliver outstanding customer service.
- Take ownership of sales, costs, wages and overall commercial performance.
- Ensure all food safety, health & safety and operational standards are consistently achieved.
- Drive service, availability, product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and optimise rota and colleague level and meet customer demand.
- Recruit, train and develop colleagues, creating a positive and high-performing team culture.
- Monitor KPI's and take action to improve performance.
- Work closely with the wider Asda store leadership team to deliver the best possible customer experience.
- Ensure the Burger King is clean, safe, well-presented and fully compliant at all times.

- Previous management experience within a fast-paced food, hospitality or retail environment.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Commercially aware with a focus on delivering results.
- Organised, proactive and able to work at pace.

- Confident in making decisions and taking ownership.
