Working in our Burger King restaurant is about far more than flipping burgers — it’s about ambition, teamwork, and starting your Butlin’s journey in a role where every shift brings something new.
Our restaurant is one of the busiest spots on resort, so we’re looking for people with proven food handling experience who feel confident in a fast-paced, high-volume food environment. You’ll be moving between our kitchen, service area, and dining space, keeping the energy high and the standards even higher.

You’ll play a key part in:

Every shift is about working together as a fast-moving team to maintain smooth operations and support our legendary guest experience. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for following all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety regulations to ensure every guest receives safe, high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities
This role operates over a five-day working week (covering seven days), with high flexibility required. Shifts include:
- Late-night adult breaks, with finishes up to 4am
- Varied working hours meaning comfort with differing schedules is essential
