Are you passionate about public transport, data analysis and making a real difference to local communities?
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Bus Contracts & Projects Officer to join our Public Transport team. This is an excellent opportunity for a university placement student to gain hands-on experience supporting the delivery of local bus contracts while contributing to one of the UK's most significant Bus Franchising programmes.
π What you'll be doing
- π Monitor contracted bus services through on-street observations.
- π Analyse performance data, punctuality, reliability and customer feedback to produce insightful reports.
- π Support the management of bus service registrations and contract compliance.

You'll Ideally Have
- π A Levels (or equivalent).
- π Be studying towards a degree in Geography, Transport Planning or a related subject.
- π A genuine interest in public transport and sustainable travel.
