Know How Resourcing are proud to be representing our client who is currently looking for a Business Account Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone self-motivated who has good communication and coordination skills to support the retail business and merchant account managers.

Job Responsibilities
- Actively supporting the Business and Merchant account Managers in the northern Regions of the Retail sales team.
- Working closely with the team and National Sales Manager to ensure that customers are receiving excellent service and we are maximising market share from all customers we deal with.
- Building relationships to ensure business growth from the existing customer base is maximised.

About You
- Able to communicate confidently with people at all levels to help develop and maintain existing relationships with Designers, store/branch managers and directors.
- Able to handle multiple projects positively.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Self-motivated and able to maintain deadlines.
- Willing to work as part of a dynamic team.
- The desire to build a career and succeed in a customer-focused environment.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills and be computer literate.
- A full UK driving licence, as this is a field-based role which requires regular travel within Scotland and throughout the UK, when relevant.
