What You Will Enjoy Doing
- You will reconcile data between the EffecTech Job Database and SAP, to ensure the timely and accurate invoicing of jobs from SAP
- On a daily basis you will monitor the results received back from SAP and coordinate the correction and manual loading of rejected orders from the Job Database SAP export
- As part of the Purchase to Pay process you will be responsible for requisition and purchase order creation in SRM / SAP, supporting the completion of goods receipting to ensure the timely payment of supplier invoices
- You will coordinate pro-forma payments and cash allocation queries with BOCs Customer Service centre, ensuring that receipts are mapped to the correct customer and invoice
- You will track debt and chase customers for payment of overdue invoices
What Makes You Great
- You will have previous finance / business administration experience, ideally having worked with finance ERP systems such as SRM / SAP and Sage
- You will need to be an excellent communicator who is comfortable communicating with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- You must be able to demonstrate a can-do attitude with the ability to take on tough challenges with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm
- You will be great at planning and prioritising work to meet commitments aligned with the businesses organisational goals
