Summary
Rowflex Properties is a property management and real estate business providing property-related services to landlords, tenants, property owners, and prospective tenants. We are looking for a motivated and reliable Apprentice Property Assistant to join our team and gain practical experience within the property industry.

Wage

  • £12,480 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age
  • National Minimum Wage rate for apprentices
  • Minimum wage rates (opens in new tab)

Training

  • Course: Business administrator (level 3)
  • Training provider: All Dimension Limited

Hours

  • Monday to Saturday - a minimum of 30 hours a week.
    • Monday to Friday: 09.00 - 18.00
    • Saturday: 10.00 - 16.00
  • Working hours will be arranged on a rotating shift basis according to the business requirements and the apprentice's agreed working pattern.

Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of residential properties
  • Supporting the team with property inspections and routine property checks
  • Assisting with advertising available properties
  • Responding to enquiries from prospective tenants
  • Providing professional and friendly service to landlords, tenants, and prospective tenants
  • Answering telephone calls, emails, and other enquiries
  • Handling enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Filing and maintaining property documentation
  • Updating spreadsheets, databases, and records
  • Assisting with the preparation of property advertisements
  • Taking or assisting with property photographs and videos

  • Choose the most appropriate IT solution to suit the business problem
