Job Description

You will perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing incoming and outgoing communications, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. This ensures the smooth functioning of the office environment.

Data Management

Apprentices are often responsible for maintaining and updating databases, recording information, and producing data analysis as required. This includes handling confidential information in compliance with organisational procedures.

Customer Interaction

Engaging with internal and external customers is a crucial part of the role. You may respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring that customer needs are met effectively.

Collaboration Across Departments

You will support various functional areas within the organisation, working closely with different teams to resolve issues and improve administrative services. This collaborative approach helps you understand the overall structure and goals of the company.

Essential Qualifications

  • GCSE in:
