Townfield Primary School is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and organised Business Administration Apprentice to join its friendly and supportive administration team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in business administration while gaining valuable experience in a busy school environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a friendly and professional first point of contact for visitors, parents, pupils, staff
- Answer telephone calls and direct enquiries appropriately
- Respond to emails and assist with general correspondence
- Carry out data entry and maintain accurate school records
- File, scan, photocopy, and organise documents
- Support the administration of school attendance and pupil records
- Assist with arranging meetings and preparing meeting rooms
- Help produce letters, newsletters, and other school communications
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Support school events and activities where required
- Ensure confidential information is handled appropriately and in line with GDPR
- Carry out other administrative duties as requested by the School Business Manager or Office Team
