Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

We’re looking for a motivated Business Administration Apprentice to join our Liverpool office and work closely with our Finance Manager, supporting the day-to-day financial and administrative operations that keep the business running smoothly.

This is not a role split across general branch administration, your time will be dedicated entirely to supporting and learning from the Finance Manager: Client account processing, invoicing, reconciliations and reporting, giving you genuinely hands-on experience of how the finance side of a property business operates.

This is a structured apprenticeship: You’ll be enrolled on a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship from day one, and Qube will fund and support you through industry-specific and professional qualifications as you progress.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
