Business Administration Apprentice
The Primary Care Unit are seeking to recruit a Business Administration Apprentice to join our professional services team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced staff to gain practical experience in a busy academic research environment.
You will provide an efficient administrative service to the PCU Administrator and PCU Operations Manager as well as researchers and support staff in the wider unit.
Requirements:
- Educated to Maths and English GCSE's or equivalent at Grade C/4 or above.
- Experience of basic computer programs, e.g. word processing, spreadsheet, and email programs.
- Attention to detail, organization, time management, and good communication skills are also desirable.

Apprenticeship Details:
- Fixed term of 20 months.
- Full support and training from the Primary Care Unit.
- Training provider: Cambridge Regional College.
- Workplace visits from your Assessor.
- Completion of a Business & Administration L3 Advanced Apprenticeship.
Location:
- Department of Public Health and Primary Care, Strangeways Research Laboratory, Worts Causeway, Cambridge CB1 8RN.
- East Forvie Building, University Forvie Site, Robinson Way, Cambridge Biomedical Campus, Cambridge CB2 0SR (approx. 2 miles south of city centre).
