Hatch Training Business Administration Apprentice

Hatch Training is hiring motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join various roles as a Business Administration Apprentice.

We work with employers across a wide range of industries, so your apprenticeship could be based within finance, property, recruitment, healthcare, education, childcare, automotive, legal, engineering, sales, professional services, and more.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in business administration, gain valuable workplace experience, and work towards a recognised Level 3 qualification at the same time.

Your exact responsibilities will depend on the organisation you join, but you could be involved in:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support
  • Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
  • Updating records, databases, and spreadsheets
  • Preparing documents and reports
  • Booking appointments and organising meetings
  • Handling customer, client, or colleague enquiries
  • Processing paperwork and invoices
  • Supporting different teams with administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential records
  • Using Microsoft Office and other business systems
  • Supporting the smooth running of the office

Previous Administration Experience Is Not Essential.

Apprenticeship & Training

Alongside your employment, you will complete a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship with Hatch Training.

You Will Receive

Our programme is 14 months, with training front-loaded into the first 8 weeks to help you build the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed in your role.

Eligibility

To Be Considered, You Must

  • Be aged 16 or over
  • Be able to commute to the job location
  • Not currently be in full-time education or hold an equivalent Level 3 qualification
  • Have GCSEs at grade 4/C or above in Maths and English GCSE
  • Be committed to completing a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship

Your previous qualifications and experience will be checked as part of the application process to confirm your apprenticeship eligibility.
