About the Company
Our client, a well-established arts and entertainment venue, is seeking a Business Administration Apprentice to join its Health and Safety team.
About the Role
This opportunity is designed for someone interested in developing practical business administration and health and safety experience while completing the Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience through workplace learning, formal training, and supported study.
Responsibilities
- Maintain departmental documentation in digital and hard-copy formats.
- Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and monitor accident-reporting records.
- Support workplace inspection and audit schedules.
- Assist with health and safety inductions and training activities.
- Attend relevant committee meetings and produce accurate minutes.
- Complete the required workplace learning, formal training, and study associated with the Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship.

Qualifications
- A genuine interest in developing business administration and health and safety experience.
- A positive attitude towards learning and professional development.
- Aged 18 or over.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Not already qualified at Level 4 or above and not currently holding a degree.
- Able to work occasional evenings and weekends when required.
Required Skills
Our client particularly welcomes applications from individuals who are not currently in education or employment, or who have experienced setbacks and are ready to begin a new career.
Preferred Skills
- Working Hours: The role will usually involve 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work will be required. Working hours will include one day for training sessions and study, in accordance with apprenticeship training requirements.

Pay range and compensation package
- Salary: £25,207 per annum
