Nema Homecare is offering a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprentice. Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

  • To develop administrative skills while supporting and collaborating with the P & C Team
  • To contribute to the development of the philosophy, goals and objectives for the administrative practice of the organisation
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to email enquiries professionally
  • To provide administrative support services in accordance with current best practice
  • Maintain accurate electronic records and staff files
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and room bookings
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Support data entry and maintain company databases
  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing post
  • Assist with ordering office supplies and managing stock levels
  • Handle confidential information in accordance with company policies and GDPR requirements
  • Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and business projects
  • Complete assigned apprenticeship coursework and attend training sessions as required

What you'll learn

Skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation in order to:

  • Write letters or emails, create proposals, perform financial processes, record and analyse data. Examples include MS Office or equivalent packages.
  • Able to choose the most appropriate IT solution to suit the business problem.
  • Able to update and review databases, record information and produce data analysis where required.

Training schedule

Business Administrator Level 3. Pitman training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, they will provide the skills necessary to succeed in the workplace and to expand future career prospects.

Throughout the apprenticeship, learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their programme.
