Summary
AluFold Windows Ltd are looking to take on a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice to work in their administration department. The role will primarily be providing day-to-day administrative support within the Procurement Team.
Wage £16,640 to £26,436.80, depending on your age
Training course Business administrator (level 3)
Hours Monday- Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm 40 hours a week
Start date Monday 9 November 2026
Duration 1 year 6 months

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
- Undertake a range of business administration related tasks, including:
- Answer supplier queries via telephone and emails
- Greeting visitors
- Entering supplier order & invoices on our system
- General administration duties
- Building relations with other employees
- Liaising with other departments

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company and by AluFold Windows administration team, to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.

What you'll learn
Skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation in order to:
- Write letters or emails
- Create proposals
- Perform financial processes
- Record and analyse data
Examples include MS Office or equivalent packages.
Able to choose the most appropriate IT solution to suit the business problem.
Able to update and review databases, record information and produce data analysis where required.

Produces accurate records and documents including:
- Emails
- Letters
- Files
- Payments
- Reports and proposals

- GCSE in: English (grade A*-C/9-4)
- Maths (grade A*-C/9-4)
