About the Role
As an Apprentice at Get Set UK, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a key role in supporting the RESTART team with high-quality customer service and admin assistance. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career, develop strong administrative skills, and work within a supportive environment.
Your day-to-day job:
- Reception Duties: Acting as front of house for the Crawley office; greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing correspondence
- Administrative Support: Providing general office support such as filing, scanning, and document handling
- Telephone Support: Making outbound calls to clients and answering incoming queries
- Diary Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for the team
- Customer Service: Ensuring all visitors and callers are dealt with professionally and efficiently
- Contract Support: Assisting with administrative duties related to the RESTART Scheme
- Information, Advice & Guidance (Basic IAG): Providing initial guidance to clients when needed
