We're a busy Refrigeration and Air Conditioning business looking for a friendly and organised Business Administration Apprentice to join the team in our Cambridge (Bottisham) branch. If you're someone who enjoys helping people, keeping things running smoothly, and learning new skills, this could be the perfect first step in your career.
No experience? No problem - just bring a great attitude and we'll teach you the rest!
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in keeping our office running day to day. Your tasks might include:
- Data entry, maintaining systems and databases as required by some of our prestigious Cambridge customers.
- Helping schedule engineers and organising their daily jobs
- Answering calls and emails
- Updating our systems and keeping records tidy
- Preparing simple documents
- Chatting with customers and helping them with their queries

What We're Looking For
- Someone friendly, positive and keen to learn
- Good communication skills
- Basic IT confidence
- A team player who enjoys being organised
- GCSEs in English and Maths are helpful but not essential.
