Business Support Apprentice L3
We are excited to offer an apprenticeship opportunity within our award-winning Parking Enforcement Team for a self-driven and dynamic Business Support Apprentice L3.
The role will be the Parking Operations coordinator and work with the Civil Enforcement Team to provide support in:
- Health & Safety administration
- Rota and Beat allocation
- Low-level procurement
- Customer Enquiries
- Performance report collation
These roles provide a fantastic chance to develop skills, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to meaningful work in a supportive and dynamic environment.

The role will involve process-driven tasks, along with administrative and customer-focused responsibilities, aiming to deliver a high-quality and efficient service for our stakeholders.
The Business Support apprenticeship will be supported by a local training provider, and you will be given allocated time during the working week for off-the-job training.

Requirements
To undertake this role, it is essential that you have the following:
- GCSE’s A*-C (9-4) or equivalent in English and Maths
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications to include Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Understanding of the importance of confidentiality
- Experience of working towards deadlines
- Experience of working as part of a team
- Good organisational, time, and task management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
