About the Role

Viridien are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administration Apprentice to provide structured, reliable administrative support across our Governance, Compliance, and Project Management Office (PMO) teams.
This role is ideal for someone starting their professional career and looking to develop strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills while gaining experience in an advanced technology company.

Requirements
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
- Eligibility to undertake a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable with IT, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to work with data
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a professional environment.

Training and Development
You will undertake a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship programme alongside your assigned duties. You will receive structured training, workplace mentoring, and opportunities to develop highly sought-after skills in business governance, compliance administration, and project coordination. Successful completion of the apprenticeship may lead to progression into junior roles in Governance, Compliance, or PMO at Viridien.
Additional Information
It is expected this role will be onsite, although a hybrid working arrangement may be possible subject to business needs and in line with team arrangements. This is a full-time role combining on-the-job experience with formal training. You will be enrolled with an approved training provider to complete your apprenticeship qualification alongside your role. The programme normally runs for 18 months.
