Business Administrator Apprentice

BSCAH is looking for a Business Administrator apprentice to assist with administration and business tasks. Work closely with our team, developing essential office and organisational skills in a supportive environment. A great opportunity for professional growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including emails, data entry, and document management
  • Answering phone calls, emails, and handling correspondence professionally
  • Organising and scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
  • Supporting all departments with routine administrative tasks
  • Updating and maintaining company records and databases
  • Support membership management
  • Assist with basic social media updates and website content
  • Help with simple finance tasks
  • Support event planning
  • Learning and applying relevant business and administrative processes

Essential Qualifications

  • GCSE in: 5 x GCSE including English and maths (grade 9-4/A*-C or above)
  • Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
