About This Opportunity

In this role you will be expected to contribute to accurate records, effective client administration, and continuous improvement in day-to-day processes.

A Normal Day Would Include

  • Answer inbound calls and responding to emails
  • Support the management of all inbound and outbound post, identifying priority for allocation to team
  • General office administrative tasks including scanning and filing, monthly fee notes, inputting directors' time sheets
  • Reception and switchboard duties covering lunchtime and all day on Wednesday
  • Banking – as and when required
  • Book meeting rooms when required
  • Maintaining spreadsheets to record different data sets and records
  • Work alongside our COO & Business Support Team to gain valuable first-hand
  • Develop an understanding of the production of business process flows and standard operating procedures
  • Development and maintenance of our CRM system, including data entry
