Business Admin Apprentice
We are looking for a Business Admin Apprentice to join our team. Established in 2004 in Brighton, UK, Heavy Equipment Maintenance Solutions (HEMS) Ltd is a proudly British company specialising in the global supply of niche maintenance, repair, and rebuild tooling and services for the heavy equipment and off-road machinery industries.
What you'll do at work
- Communicating over the telephone with customers, clients, and colleagues
- Managing email inboxes
- Use excellent customer service continuously
- Organise and report data
- Use of spreadsheets
- Managing in-house computer systems
- Filing, scanning, and archiving documents
- Accounts support
- Dealing with post
- Any other admin duties as requested
