Summary

We are looking for an organised, reliable, and motivated Administration Apprentice to join our office team. The role will involve supporting the day-to-day administration of the business while working towards a Business Administration apprenticeship qualification. Full training will be provided, including training on our job management software.

Wage
£15,600 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age
National Minimum Wage rate for apprentices

Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

As an apprentice, you will get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you will do in your working day:

  • Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
  • General administrative duties
  • Signing up new tenants and assisting with move-in processes
  • Chasing and processing required paperwork
  • Filing and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with property management tasks
  • Supporting customers with specific needs in a professional and helpful manner
  • Working towards and achieving set targets
  • Building customer interest in the company’s services and products
  • Email and telephone correspondence with tenants, landlords, and contractors
  • Use of bespoke software

Ideally you will hold a full UK driving licence
